About Cher

Cher is a highly accomplished and seasoned business executive with extensive managerial and leadership capabilities across various sectors. With over 15 years of experience in management and educational accomplishments, she is widely recognized for her expertise and exceptional managerial and leadership skills. Cher is in the people business; she shows people how to live through coaching, where to live via real estate, and how to enjoy all of it through entertainment. Cher’s experience and skills are heavily concentrated on management and coaching, packaging her as an effective Life Strategist and Business Consultant. In 2017, Cher founded Cher and Associates, where she currently holds the position of President and CEO. In 2022, she added the role of Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of EAS Entertainment Group. With over ten years of experience in Real Estate, Cher also serves as an expert agent licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Besides her work in coaching, talent management, and real estate, Cher is a published Author, Ghostwriter, Speaker, and Event Planner. She has significant experience in business operations, music management, media production, governance, and healthcare administration. Her book was released in November 2023, “The Eagle Mindset Devotional for Entrepreneurs: 40 Days of Daily Devotions, To Start your Business Day with God”. She serves as the co-editor-in-chief for the EAS Entertainment Group Digital Magazine. Cher has conducted speaking engagements and training sessions on topics such as mindset, goal setting, success, relationships, and customer service. Her audiences have included business leaders, event consultants, performing artists, administrative professionals, volunteers, and church members. Notably, among her speaking engagements, Cher presented the keynote address for a Black History Business and Artist Expo. She has coordinated major events such as the DMV Talent Extravaganza, The Created to Worship Concert, Education Matters Comedy Show and Concert, among other events. She has worked as an Associate Producer for “Reaching Up,” which aired on television for one season. As it relates to community and volunteer work, Cher has served as Media Director for Metropolitan Media Ministries (MMM) for two years, Operations Director for the Community Activity Center, Coordinator for the Comprehensive Health Improvement Program (CHIP), and Director of the English as a Second Language Program (ESL). She continues to spearhead an initiative to feed the Homeless for the past several years. She has worked in board operations and governance for over 15 years and has used her experience as an Executive Project Manager in many areas. Her diverse background makes her a valuable resource for anyone seeking to grow their business or enhance their personal development.

Cher's passion for helping individuals achieve their goals drives her work, and she has assisted numerous clients from various industries in gaining clarity and achieving their full potential. Cher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MSc) degree, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Psychology. She has also completed a certificate course for Women Executives at Harvard University. Her Doctoral degree in Management is currently pending completion. Cher values her family immensely and holds dear fond memories of her late father. She cherishes and holds her mother in high esteem. She has two loving siblings: an older brother, an established musician and entertainer, and a younger sister, a registered nurse. In her spare time, Cher enjoys reading, writing, dancing, bowling, personal fitness activities, and spending time with her family.
