Embrace Your Beauty

Yes, I am talking to you who are reading this article; women and men alike - embrace your beauty.

What is beauty anyway? My definition of beauty is the essence and aura of a person which goes before them and is noticed without effort illuminating your surrounding so pure and powerful that it radiates on your face. And, people look at you and compliment your beauty either audibly or in their mind. In short, your beauty is inside you and shows on your face. Your inner beauty affects your outward appearance.

I have heard it said that "beauty is skin deep". Well, I'd like to change that saying to "beauty is deep within". Skin deep is being pleasant to look at and not necessarily beautiful indeed. Deep within is both inner and outer beauty. The good news is that we all have the capacity to have the "deep within" type of beauty. It can be harnessed.

Have you noticed that you look different when your thoughts are not very pleasant? Only you know your thoughts. Test it out. When you are thinking unpleasant thoughts, look in the mirror. Then, think pleasant thoughts and look in the mirror. Notice the difference. Embrace your beauty - think pleasant thoughts as much as you can. Practice it until it comes naturally. By the way, this practice of pleasant thoughts can potentially help maintain beauty. Each of you have beauty because we were naturally created as beautiful beings. Sometimes we allow outer influences to change our beauty by allowing these distractions to change our thoughts.

You have the power to consistently embrace your beauty. Use that power and embrace your beauty; beautiful women and men.
